Officer Brian Bosselman Named 
April Employee of the Month

Officer Brian Bosselman has been a police officer in the town of Natick since October 1, 2001.  In my August 1, 2001 recommendation to the Board of Selectmen, I described specific reasons why he should be appointed as a Natick Police Department Patrol Officer.  Officer Bosselman fulfills and surpasses that recommendation, over and over, day after day, everyday. 

Not only is Officer Bosselman a “team player,” but his ability to connect with local residents and to use that connection as a bridge in his community policing efforts results in an officer who truly understands the character of this community.  He is trusted by both Natick residents and his colleagues in the police department.    

Although the employee of the month is often awarded in recognition of a specific event that stands out in the eyes of department supervisors, the work ethic displayed by Officer Bosselman throughout the month of April mirrors the success he has enjoyed since coming to this department and is deserving of recognition. 

 For the consistent level of positive energy he brings to the job, and the impact that positive energy has on everyone he comes in contact with, Officer Bosselman is hereby commended and named the Natick Police Department Employee of the Month for April 2007.
