Sgt Brian Lauzon Named Sgt. Brian Lauzon consistently exhibits a positive and helpful approach to the needs of the community. It is not unusual to hear Sgt. Lauzon respond with a confident "We'll get it done" when presented with the everyday challenges of his position as traffic safety officer. His response to questions from the general public regarding their specific area of concern is always met with a clear and precise knowledge of the area in question, as well as options to resolve their concerns. The example he sets for others as a member of this department is exemplary. Sergeant Lauzon has been successful in presenting himself and therefore the department in a very positive light by exhibiting compassion and empathy towards all those with whom he comes in contact in the course of his daily duties. His demeanor towards residents of Natick, both young and old, is thoughtful and leaves them with a very positive impression of the department. Sgt. Lauzon's excellence in policing skills, positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and ability to calm and bring comfort to our most vulnerable citizens is an example of the leadership qualities that are both desirable and necessary for efficiency in delivering effective police services.
