Brogan Named Over the past several months, graffiti "artists" have been concentrating on the downtown area of Natick, leaving their distinctive identifiers at various highly visible locations throughout the downtown business district. Department members were asked to pay particular attention to this problem and do whatever they could to identify and charge the perpetrators of this crime. Working with Detective Delehanty and using information received from patrol personnel and other investigators, Detective Brogan took the lead in this investigation and was able to identify nine individuals and three groups of those responsible for destruction of public property in this and other areas of the community. Suspects and their parents have been interviewed here at the police station, and charges are forthcoming. Detective Brogan's commitment to identifying those responsible for marring public and private property sends a powerful message to would-be perpetrators that the Natick police Department will do everything it can to identify and prosecute people involved in such illegal activities. Detective Brogan is hereby officially commended and named Employee of the Month for March 2006. Dennis
